Jog-A-Thon
Our biggest fundraiser Jog-A-Thon is kicking off this week. A purple packet is being sent home this week with your student with the information. Please contact your teacher if you did not receive a JAT packet. You will also be receiving an email from 99Pledges this week. This is our online platform to collect pledges.
Each student will have an individual link to share via social media and email.

Why is Jog-A-Thon Important?
Our PTO provides monetary support throughout the school year to our students, staff, and school community. Our support allows for family and student enrichment activities like Pawsome Reader and Bingo Night, teacher and grade level grants, new library books, PE equipment, musical instruments, emergency clothing, field trip assistance, recess equipment like the gaga pit mat, and much more to ensure our school is a great place for our students! ALL the money raised will go directly into PTO-sponsored programs that enrich our students’ experiences and support our dedicated, hardworking teachers and staff!
With our success of Jog-A-Thon last year, combined with cautious spending during Covid, we are in a position this year to fund a large project to support our school community. We are working with administration, staff, and teachers to find the project that will be most beneficial to our students and school. Once we have narrowed the options to the most reasonable and useful for our community, we will be surveying students and families for your input. Examples of projects include additional play equipment, updating the library, installing a rock wall in the gym, and bringing Playworks to our school next year. We appreciate the participation and feedback on our survey that will be sent out in the next couple weeks, so we can make the best choice for the majority. The success of this year’s Jog-A-Thon will help ensure our project can be completed while maintaining the budget that the staff and community have come to expect. We appreciate your continued support!
